Our lawyers have experience in advising hauliers who provide road, rail, sea and intermodal transportation services. We also work with the industry’s professional associations.

Our services include:

  • Legal advice regarding both domestic transport services regulated by Polish and EU law and international haulage operations based on international treaties and trade rules (including CMR, ADR, AETR, TIR, INCOTERMS 2010);

  • Drafting and reviewing general terms and conditions governing the provision of shipping, haulage, safekeeping or storage services and other transport and warehousing services;

  • Developing rules and regulations for container terminals and logistics centres;

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts for the purchase, leasing and rental of transportation facilities, machinery and vehicles as well as contracts for repair and upgrade services;

  • We represent clients before the Polish Rail Transport Authority, National Road Transport Inspector and other regulatory bodies;

  • We advise on transport insurance policies and the recovery of claims made under these policies;

  • We deal with matters of employment law specific to the transport industry;

  • We provide court representation services in cases involving transport services and we handle the recovery of claims for damages;

  • Whenever a synergy of legal and technical expertise is required, we work with a professor or transport law from the Wrocław University of Technology.
